Orders are accepted from 11 AM – 7 PM WIB (GMT+7).

Commissions made during this time will be started immediately if I’m not busy or in queue.

Estimated working time for insta post, scribble, and scrapbook is around 1–3 hours, depending on my schedule or if there's a queue.

For posters, FCV, and other complex designs, the estimated completion time is 1–2 days.

Orders made after 7 PM will still be accepted, but will be worked on the next day.

Clients must provide a clear and complete design brief.

For color palettes, please provide the hex code.

Clients may send additional reference/inspo if desired.

Any changes or additions to the initial brief can only be made before the editing stage. Please inform me well in advance.

Minor revisions are free after the final design max 5 times. (ex. Moving text or elements slightly, changing fonts or fixing typos, etc)

Additional revisions will incur extra charges $0,5 / Rp1K.

Major revisions cost $4 / Rp5K—7K. (ex. Changing the main pic after the design is done, completely altering the layout or concept, changing the overall style, etc)

If you place a rush order near closing time (around 7 PM), it will still be prioritized but with an extra fee of $2 / Rp3K–7K, and will be finished within about 1—4 hours. (Doesn't apply to logo)

Note: The best results come with enough time and process. Rush order is for urgent needs, but if you’d like a more refined design, please choose the normal order option.

Strictly prohibited to use paid pics (fansites, Bubble, etc) not for commercial use.

For 2D. Fanart and AI generated art are not allowed, please use official art. And must already be rendered or at least HD.

Clients are required to consult first to confirm that the chosen pics is suitable for me to design.

Please have your pics ready before we begin.

I can help you find pics if needed, with an additional fee of $0,5 / Rp2K per pict. (Doesn't apply to 2D/Anime pics)

Clients must send pics via GDrive.

Pictures must be clear and high quality.

Accepted payment methods: GoPay, BluBCA Bank, and PayPal (for international clients).

International transactions may be subject to additional transaction fees.

A preview will be provided once the design is finished, so you can request revisions if needed.

Once everything is approved and payment is done, I'll send the final design as a PNG file via GDrive.

Commissioned works are for personal or event use only.

For commercial, the price will be doubled.
